Feathered Eyebrows

Feathered eyebrows is an innovated method of drawing 3D hair strokes directly on the skin surface using a specially designed hand tool, along with an all natural pigment. Individual hair strokes are created to produce a fuller, more defined brow. Feathered eyebrows can fill in sparse brows or create an entire brow. The 3D effect adds realism to the end result.

Unlike the old style eyebrow tattoo, the feathered eyebrows technique does not leave a flat, dull look and is a much safer treatment. Custom pigments are chosen to the clients individual skin color and undertone. The results are natural looking brows that can last up to 2 years or more.  After the initial treatment, a follow up at 6-8 weeks is required for a touch up to insure the retention of the pigment.

Who can benefit from this treatment?

  • Over-plucked eyebrows
  • Gaps or scars where hair will not grow back
  • Those suffering from alopecia, weak or light hair
  • Faded color from an old eyebrow tattoo
  • Those who want a particular shape for their eyebrows
  • Fuss free, wake up with makeup, that doesn't smudge, smear or melt off

Feathered eyebrows uses only sterilized, disposable needles and supplies during the process.

Only the lowest layer of the epidermis, just above the dermis of the skin is stroked to create the feathering of hair. Feathered eyebrows creates a background for the eyebrow and helps to fill in sparse areas to create a full bodied, youthful brow. Retouches yearly help to keep the color fresh and the brow full. I am certified in the Fundamentals of Micropigmentation in Softap Permanent Makeup, Softap Scar Camouflage and Areola reconstruction, Daria Chupry's Permanant Makeup Academy and Real Brows Beauty Academy.
